Job Summary

We seek to hire experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidates to fill in the role of Property Sales & Marketing Executive.
Duties and responsibilities:

Develop effective and consistent lead generation strategies.

Generate a pipeline of sales prospects.

Close sales deals with potential customers already established.

Build and maintain relationships with converted clients by providing after sales support, walk with the customer until they receive the titled deed.

Support the Brand Letash World.

Carry out other related tasks as might be required from time to time
Requirements for the Property Sales & Marketing Executive Job:
✅ 3+ years of real estate sales experience (land sales preferred)
✅ Proven track record in meeting sales targets
✅ Strong leadership & negotiation skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
✅ Excellent client relationship management
Skills
✔ Lead & motivate the sales team
✔ Develop & implement sales strategies
✔ Identify new business opportunities
✔ Oversee the sales process & close deals
✔ Work with marketing to drive campaigns
